We've spent an hour and half with Nadia in a Sunday afternoon and we
received a life-lesson. How would that sound ? First of all "Take care
of yourself!" Nadia told us. And then "Offer yourself 30 minutes
break each day" and "Combine the food that you like with the one that it is good for you". And "Exercise every day ,do it as a routine". She knows the best
why!


"I eat decently and I combine what I like with what it is good for
me.I like chicken shnitzel that I cook myself. But the best for me is
the white fish so I choose different types of fish, but also feta
cheese and salads. I never combine meat with rice or potatoes."

"You have to understand how important it is to take care of yourself.
Mostly after a certain age when life goes in one direction only.
That's why me and Mark Spitz, the former swimming champion, organize
seminars called . We talk to people about auto-
motivation and our speech is sustained by a nutritionist who is
telling us what to eat to take care of ourselves."

- How long are u away from home in a year ?
"At every 6 days (the most) I travel to another place in this world. My
baby flew by plane since he was 3 months old and he has been abt 80 times in a plane
until now. Unfortunately he cant accompany me all the time. And it is very hard for me to leave home. Now, when he sees the luggage he knows that I'll be going. To make things easier for him I say that I am going to see my brother, Adrian."

- How are u as a mother?
"It's hard to describe myself. When people tell you how it is going
to be when you will have a baby is impossible to understand. Then you
become a parent and you realize that everything it is now worthless , that everything revolves around the baby.”


- Your baby has a tough education ?
He doesn't have a total freedom and he will never have. But it is
important for him to know since now what to choose and I help him in
this regard. The doctor told me that the childhood program counts the
most. That's why I try to create him a healthy environment that
includes a good diet. In our fridge back home we have only good
products, healthy and good for kids."

- For example ?
"All kind of fish except salmon. Dylan can't get used with its taste.
We give him all kind of salads, meat and cheese. I always read
nutrition books. I think that everybody is good in a certain field and this is
a field I didn't know much about, but I collect information."

- How do you charge your batteries?
"I give you an example of a very busy day when I have 3 events. I need
at least 30 minutes in between for a break, but I don't stay in the
city, I go home or in my hotel room and I stay alone. Otherwise the
fatigue gets higher and higher and drags u down."

"I have tons of clothes and shoes.When I don't use them anymore I give them away.It would be a pitty not to do so.
I wear high heels since I was 16 and every time I go to a special event I choose only elegant shoes.But when I am only with Bart I stay in slippers, tracking pants and a T-Shirt.This is how I feel the most comfy.Fortunately , I can go to the job dressed like this."

"Dylan is very strong and has a memory that amazes me.I am convinced that all parents say that their kids have a bright memory.A year ago we've been to Colorado Springs by car.We had a friend with us and she was telling us the name of a mountain we passed by.Six months later we passed on the same place again and Dylan remembered the name!I forgot it long time ago! He perfectly understand Romanian as I speak only in Romanian with him, but he prefers to answer in English" says Nadia (this reminds me of Kati's lil' boy!).
Like a careful mother, Nadia arranged a special place for Dylan in her office.
"In this way we spend all the time together. Most of the toys are there. We also have a sport-program for kids called 'Mother Day Out'. The mothers are coming there with their 2 yo babies to exercise for 45 minutes under supervision.There are mini-apparatus, cartoons, the little ones learn to wait their turn to get up on the apparatus - the parents know that this is mission impossible.Gymnastics it is great for anybody even if you don't think to performance.Kids are taught discipline and coordination.I want to bring this program in Romania , too.Because of these hours spent in the gym I realized that Dylan is very strong.I don't know if he is going to be a performance gymnast , but he has all the chances."

"I am not in the perfect shape, but I take care of myself.I exercise for 30 minutes daily basis and I hope that my child will learn from now that it is essential to take care of himself."
